We offer international shipping to our customers in the Gulf region for a fixed fee, which is calculated based on your country.

Q: Can I return a product?

Yes, at Details, we believe that tastes vary. Therefore, you can try the fragrance, and if you don't like it, you can easily return it by submitting a return request. Regarding offers that include more than one fragrance, partial returns are not eligible, and return shipping fees are free.

Q: How long is the return period?

The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the original product is unopened and tested using the sample included with the perfume.

Q: How do I get a refund?

The refund will be processed after we receive the product and verify its condition. The funds will then be transferred to your account. This process takes approximately 7 business days.
